For the safety of members, guests and staff, tickets are limited, timed and must be pre-purchased online. Members must register their account before reserving free tickets—follow these step-by-step instructions.

Museum admission tickets include indoor exhibits and outdoor experiences, including 75 acres of nature adventures in WildWoods and Fernbank Forest. Includes free parking!* Please note: Out of an abundance of caution, some features and interactives may be temporarily unavailable.
Tickets are non-refundable. Changes to dates and/or ticket times are subject to a $2 per ticket transfer fee and based on availability. Transfers must be made in advance of your visit at 404.929.6300. Transfers in person at the Box Office are not available.
Individual tickets for children ages 2 and under are free when accompanied by an adult; this does not apply when used as part of a group visit. Tickets are only available online for members and non-members. Walk-up ticket purchases at the Box Office are not available until further notice.

By purchasing a ticket (and entering Fernbank premises) you are assuming responsibility for and acknowledgment of the inherent risks associated with visiting a public space during the COVID-19 outbreak. You further release and discharge Fernbank for illness and/or injury associated with your visit.
*Parking is free, but space is limited. Additional parking is available on S. Ponce De Leon Avenue (see map). Parking is not permitted on Clifton Road. On weekends, holidays and during evening events, we recommend allowing extra time to park and make your way to the museum or using ride services such Uber, Lyft or taxis.
