Get ready for an underwater adventure to explore the ways astronauts train to work and live in space.  Follow two different astronauts as they plunge into underwater environments that simulate life in space.

Travel to the ocean floor with Jeanette Epps to live alongside fellow astronauts for 10 continuous days while training at Aquarius Reef Base in the Florida Keys.

Suit up with former ISS Commander, Chris Cassidy, as he works alongside a full-sized mockup of the International Space Station in a giant underwater facility in Houston, where he learns how to maneuver through the microgravity of space and prepares for space walks.
